I am voluntarily joining LEOLIFE MARKETING, a legally compliant network marketing company operating under a binary income model. I understand that no fixed income or profit is guaranteed. My success depends on my personal efforts, team performance, and product sales.

2. Eligibility

I declare that I am 18 years of age or older, legally competent to enter into contracts under Indian law, and that the personal details I provide are true and accurate.

3. Product Purchase Required for ID Activation

LEOLIFE MARKETING does not charge any separate joining or registration fee. However, to activate my ID and begin using the platform, I must complete at least one product purchase. This purchase is required to access the benefits of the business model and is protected under the company’s return/refund policy.

4. Binary Income Model

LEOLIFE MARKETING follows a binary compensation structure, in which income is earned through:

• Sale of products
• Balanced performance of team members (left and right leg)

5. Product Purchase & Refund Policy

All products purchased through LEOLIFE MARKETING are genuine and subject to the company’s return and refund policy, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I have the right to cancel or return the product as per the terms of that policy.

6. No Misleading Claims

I agree not to make any false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the company's products, business plan, or income potential. I will present the business honestly and responsibly.

7. Account Termination

LEOLIFE MARKETING reserves the right to suspend or terminate my account for:

• Violation of company policy
• Misrepresentation of the business model
• Engagement in unethical, illegal, or harmful activities

8. Legal Compliance

I agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and operate ethically under the network marketing framework.

9. Data Privacy & Usage

I authorize LEOLIFE MARKETING to collect, store, and use my personal data for communication, operations, business tracking, and lawful processing, as per Indian data privacy guidelines.

10. Grievance Redressal

I acknowledge that LEOLIFE MARKETING has a formal grievance redressal system and a designated Grievance Officer. I can contact the company to report any issues, disputes, or concerns.

11. 72-Hour Activation Rule

I understand that I must complete a product purchase within 72 hours of registration. If no purchase is made within this time, my account/ID will be automatically removed from the system without further notice.
